As the video shows, it is functional, it moves forward and backward without any problem. In the video, 
you can hear any sounds it has, if the light works or not, if decorative pieces are missing, etc. I think the video says it all.
they are used locomotives of very old manufacture and they may have their imperfections.
 This locomotive is sold AS IS
  It may need some cleaning and a little tender love and care.

I combine the items into one package, and charge the shipping based on weight.I only ship internationally via the Ebay Global Shipping program, which I CAN NOT combine the shipping costs for the items.
